State v. Prall’s Adm’rs, 1 N.J.L. 4 (1790)

New Jersey against the administrators of Prall (defendants) regarding Tom, who the defendants claimed to be a slave. Tom was previously enslaved to Prall (deceased), who stated that Tom should be freedom upon Prall’s death. Decision: enslaved person released.
