Cutter v. Moore, 8 N.J.L. 219 (1825)

Campyon Cutter (plaintiff) against Henry Moore (defendant) regarding Michael, who was enslaved to Cutter. Moore was accused of aiding Michael in escaping from Cutter. Decision: judgement reversed.
