Hannah Potter (plaintiff), widow of Caleb Potter (deceased) against Samuel Potter Jr., Phebe Maxell, and Easter Maxwell (defendants), heirs of Caleb Potter regarding payment for care of Jin, a woman enslaved by Potter at the time of his death. Decision: judgement reversed.
