Boice v. Gibbons, 8 N.J.L. 324 (1825)

George Boice (plaintiff) against Thomas Gibbons (defendant) regarding Tom, an enslaved man who Gibbons assisted in escaping from Boice. Decision: two counts of demurrer sustained, the other nine counts of demurrer declared insufficient.
