The Overseers of Upper Freehold against the Overseers of Hillsborough regarding removal of Jenny. Jenny was allegedly enslaved to Mrs. F. of Hillsborough, but it was confirmed she was actually enslaved to David Hay of Freehold, who abandoned her in Somerset. Decision: warrant affirmed.
