Freeman v. Staats, 8 N.J. Eq. 814 (1853)

William H. Freeman and Margaret (plaintiffs) against Isaac Staats (defendant) regarding the will of Abraham Staats (deceased), father of Isaac. Isaac Staats was married to Martha A. Ross (deceased) and they were the parents of Margaret, wife of Freeman. Isaac Staats later married Maria Matthews and they had one child, Abraham. Decision: decree reversed.
